Our Promise and Return Policy

Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, so we can't accept returns. Your happiness matters to us, though. If anything about your order isn't right, please call us at (616) 754-5908 or email us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Substitutions: Every arrangement is made by hand from the freshest flowers that day. Sometimes a flower or color is swapped for one of equal or greater value, keeping the same look and feel.

Gifts and keepsakes (vases, Santas, home décor) may be returned unused within 14 days for a refund or store credit.

Cancellations and changes: Call us before your order is designed and we'll gladly change or cancel it for a full refund.

Deliveries: If no one is home, we'll leave the flowers in a safe place or bring them back and call to arrange a new time. Please double check the address and phone number at checkout.

Floral Concierge orders sent outside our delivery area are made by a trusted partner florist and may vary slightly while keeping the same value.
